My Jungle is Getting There

I've still got a long way to go, but my perennial garden jungle in the front yard is looking much better every day. We've been getting a lot of rain (understatement - we're in flood watch again), so that's a big help.

Here's the messy jungle I started with a few weeks ago.

And how it looks this morning.

With sheep across the street

... and Great Pyranees sheepdog

.. and Jethro who thinks he can beat up the sheepdog

If I can get the rest of the mole tunnels stomped down and the grass cut, it will be even more of an improvement.  It's a never ending job, but very rewarding.

I'm taking the A-Z Blogging Challenge, where I will post something from each letter of the alphabet on the corresponding day in April, except for Sunday, on at least one if not all four of my blogs. You can see my other blogs in the sidebar - More of Marie Anne.

It looks like it's really changed in the past few weeks! I was just out in our garden, too -- I have to enjoy it while I can; in a few weeks, you won't be able to stand out there for more than a few minutes without fear of sunstroke.

It won't let me post this from my blog, so I had to do it from my livejournal account instead.

Where you live is very pretty. My dogs would die for that much room to run in. tell Jethro he has envious admirers. lol

Your view is beautiful. Must feel very peaceful. I feel peaceful just looking at it.

Very nice! Don't all smaller dogs think they can take on the bigger dogs?
